B. Sim dates will be posted ahead of time. They are subject to earlier change.
C. If you would like part of your lineup changed email me it BEFORE the sim time.
II. Salary Cap
A. The salary cap is 42 million dollars for now and is subject to change.
B. If by seasons end you are over the cap, you may only resign players who were originally on your team from the previous year.
C. Although this is the salary cap you are allowed to go over it...restrictions in trading occur.
III. Trading
A. If a trade is agreed opon while Commish is offline, the trade must be sent by both teams to his email address.
B.If a trade is agreed opon while Commish is online, the trade can either be messaged to him by both teams or posted in a chat room by both teams.
C.Trades must be reasonably fair, no Jason Kidd for Khalid El Amin deals...
E.You will be notified if a trade is not valid.
G.YOU MAY NOT TRADE CONSECUTIVE YEARS 1ST ROUND DRAFT PICKS
IV. Free Agents
A. Free Agents bidding will start at a set date and end 5 days later
B. You can sign your free agents even if you go over the cap
C.. All high bids will be updated daily.
A. You must be ACTIVE, and must have Aol/Aim.
B. You must bid on free agents.
C. You are encouraged to make a team website.
E. You are encouraged to write articles for the site
F.YOU CAN BE KICKED OUT for being inactive, poor gm, or any other behavior that has other owners wanting you out
G. If you are going out of town for more than 2 days please let other gms know ahead of time.
VI. Lineups
A. If you want your custom depht chart and settings changed in the game you must mail me the info
