Bruce is the founder and owner of Oasis Day Spa, one of the largest most successful spas in the city. Most of the therapists he hires are Swedish Institute graduates. He will be able to give you a dose of reality: What can you expect from working in a spa environment? What specifically are employers looking for when they are hiring? What will they expect from you when you are on the job? How does one go about setting up a business?
