Clinic Internship I and II

The following is a list of reminders and policies regarding the weekend stress reduction clinic.
1.) Prior to coming to clinic review both your Clinic Orientation Packet (received in Swedish I) as
well as the "Clinic Internship I and II Daily On-Site Protocol" (or click on link below).
2.) You need to check in for Clinic, on the 6th floor, in uniform (click on "Clinic Uniform
Information" link below), with your Swedish Institute ID, 30 minutes before your first scheduled
appointment: 9:15am, 11:45am ro 2:15pm. Timeliness is extremely important and lates
will be given immediately upon passing the assigned check-in time.
3.) You will be working two - 1 hour appointment times and should expect to be at school at total
of three and a half (3-1/2) hours.
4.) You are not allowed to switch individual dates with any other student. You can only switch
entire schedules with the director's permission.
5.) Students must attend all 3 clinic dates. If you miss 2 or more of your scheduled dates, please
bring it to the director's permission as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to switch
you if possible. One (1) clinic absence may be made-up through private tutorial.
To find your clinic assignment, click on the appropriate Student Assignment link. Find the "Clinic Code" listed after your name. After you know your "Clinic Code" to to the appropriate "Student Schedules Codes" page to find details of your specific Clinic Assignment.

NOTE: Often times on weekends subways and bus schedules are changed or delayed due to
track work. If there are delays or changes on the transporation you use, be sure to
allow additional travel time to avoid being late for clinic.
