Welcome to our home page for the LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES consultancy team from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), North Ryde, Sydney, Australia.

This study was conducted to meet the requirements for the postgraduate unit Management Consultancy & Research, MGSM953, a unit available to MBA, Master of Management students, under the supervision of Ms Stephanie Owen of the MGSM.
