Episode 7
"Another Beginning"
Shelbyville were not taking a liking to their 4-person status. Moe commentted, "if something doesn't happen soon, I'm totally gone!" Springfield felt like the head honchos, Edna said, "I just need to rally up a support group and we will win this thing!" Edna's plan was going to get easier rather then worse when they found out something groundbreaking when they read some treemail that stated: All of your alliances may be broken, because your fate has altered."
The two tribes went to the beach and found out that they were all one tribe! The next person to leave would not make the jury, but the others are clinched a spot on the jury. They also had another individual reward challenge that would become a permanent fixture. Marge then introduced them to the challenge. A 10-way swimming face-off. You have to swim the distance, and one-by-one, the slowest swimmer will be eliminated.
The Order
Ned, Edna, Moe, Timothy, Kent, Patty, Julius, Barney, Apu
...and the winner was Jasper! He got to go on a cruise. He selected Moe to go with him. Those two were not elgible for something else special.
That wasn't all, they had to pick 4 people to go on a mission, 2 being the heads and 2 being helpers. The heads were selected as Apu and Julius, and the helpers were Patty and Ned.
They hiked to find a Marquesian tribe site, with a little bed-house with mosquito netting. They had a table and a cooler with drinks and some food. Julius and Apu were instated as tribe ambassador, with Patty and Ned being the co-ambassadors. They get to talk about things in the tribe, make up the tribe name, and make the tribe flag. Patty suggested Ogdenville. After a nice candlelight dinner, they felt cozy in their beds!
In the morning the ambassadors painted the flag, and decided the colour would be purple!
Jasper and Moe returned as refreshed as the ambassadors who pleased everyone with the name and flag. The immunity challenge was sparking anticipating at Ogdenville!
The Ogdenville tribe walked to the beach and Homer sparked optimism. He said that there were torches hidden all over the beach, then you go to your station and use sticks to light the fire in the torch and then climb up 40 stairs to put the torch in the station and then wait until the flames withered away the string, after it was done, a bucket of water would splash the flame out at the bottom the station and you'd win immunity. It begun with Kent finding the first torch, then Moe followed, Julius next. Ned, Timothy, and Jasper weren't far behind. Apu and Edna finished last. Then in first place was Moe, but Julius creeped up. Apu's flames weew working like magic. Kent ended up advancing, and it was a face-off between Kent, Apu, Julius, and Moe. Then Apu and Moe fell behind. Kent ended up winning immunity.
This tribal council sparked fear in the tribe. They found out that they can give up the immunity necklace for in return for a favour. Kent said he'd keep it. Here's how it played out.
