Episode 11
"Burnin' Up"
Kent tried to lure Moe and Ned into his alliance, and Moe actually joined and commented, "I want to be backed up by two alliances. I'm gonna be a double agent!" While Ned pretended to be loyal to them, "I never would betray my alliance, but I need to get votes so I'll fake join Kent's alliance." As soon as Apu heard of it, he immediately called a meeting kicking Ned and Moe out of the alliance, and Julius tried to reason with Apu and give them another chance, but Apu wouldn't hear of it.
The tribe's attention ended up shifting to the reward challenge. Everybody had to pick partners. The survivors decided to assign people numbers secretly and a person called out a number that wasn't there's and was paired up with that person. Kent (#1) was paired up with Ned (#3) to be A, Julius (#5) was paired up with Moe (#2) to be B, and Apu (#4) was paired up with Jasper (#6) to be C. It was a coconut maze. Each group of two have identical large mazes elevated and controlled by ropes at the corners to tilt the board. A coconut is placed in the start position and the partners use the titlt mechanisms to roll the coconut through the maze. At the start it looked like C was going to win, but B had a strong trail. Then C smoked everyone and ended up winning the reward. Apu and Moe got to have a Marquesan feast.
When Apu and Moe returned, Julius then had a talk with Apu to ask him to allow Ned and Moe to stay allies with them. Apu said it would be a good strategic move, so he allowed Ned and Moe to rejoin. As soon as Ned heard he was as happy that he could be back in but he asked them to keep it private.
Then although the survivors were hungry, sick, and hot, they had to do the immunity challenge. They had to walk on stilts. Marge drew names from a hat to see who would battle who. First up, Ned and Julius. Ned fell first. Next, Apu and Moe. Moe fell. Last, Kent and Jasper. Kent fell. Then there was round robin. First, Apu vs. Julius and Julius won. Then Apu vs. Jasper and Apu won. Third was Julius vs. Jasper and Jasper was victorious. It was 1-1-1. Then the ones who were out of the competition got to vote to pick who would battle. Kent voted for Apu and Jasper. Apu voted for Apu and Julius. Ned voted for Jasper and ?Apu. So it was Jasper vs. Apu. Then Apu won after a lengthy battle. So the finals were Apu and Julius. Then after an even longer battle, Apu received immunity.
With alliances uncertain, how did the tribal council end?
