Season 10

10.01: "Bar Wars: Episode VI"

In the final episode of the 'Bar Wars' saga, a large rat problem takes place at Moe's and Homer, Barney, Lenny and Carl are forced to re-locate to another hangout. However, they are soon feeling guilty for doing so, and so they decide to help Moe out. The plan succeeds, but they soon realise that the rat problem news has spread all over Springfield, and ruined the business.

10.02: "My Hair Lady"

Carl starts dating a girl who believes her hair is beginning to fall out. Carl, determined not to make her upset, keeps re-assuring her that everything will be fine. However, when her hair really does start falling out, he begins to panic and he freaks out about their relationship. Meanwhile, Lenny and Jill decide that they want to have the wedding held in France.

10.03: "Crave the Last Dance"

After a night of heavy drinking, Homer is unexpectantly beaten up by a drunken man. Feeling disturbed by these events, he decides to take up boxing classes at the Springfield activity center. However, when he discovers that the club is full, he finds himself being forced to take part in a dance class. He is nervous at first, but soon sees the advantages of dancing.

10.04: "America's Dysfunctional Videos"

When Lenny and Carl come across an old tape of Marge and Homer doing something embarassing, they send it to a network so that it can be shown on a new TV show called "America's Dysfunctional Videos". Angry, the two decide to take a road trip together so that they can get to Hollywood and get the tape back before it is shown. They find themselves getting close.

10.05: "Only the Good Dye Young"

Marge decides to change her look, by dying her hair white. However, she is shocked when she discovers that nobody has noticed the next day, and she feels as if she is not there at all. Feeling depressed, she turns to Homer, but tries desperately not to let anything happen between them. Meanwhile, Lenny realises that he will have to meet Jill's parents once again.

10.06: "Marge's Saga"

After meeting an English guy named Mike on the streets, Marge immediatly falls for him and they start dating. However, she realises how much he reminds her of the now deceased Simon. (9.05: "Simon Dies.") She is upset when she discovers that Mike is moving back to England in a few days, and she contemplates going there herself. The others attempt to convince her not to.

10.07: "The Thanksgiving Story"

Jill has prepared Thanksgiving dinner for everybody. However, Homer is feeling uncomfortable being there because Marge is there as well. To stop anything bad from happening, Jill attempts to get them to become friends again, but it is difficult when Marge refuses. Meanwhile, there is an extra seat at the table, and everyone is trying to guess who it belongs to.

10.08: "Rush Power"

After a massive power surge takes place in Springfield, Homer, Barney, Lenny and Carl (who are all visiting Jill and Marge at the college) are all stuck in the dark, at night, in the dorm room. They must learn to work together so they can find some food. However, they soon realise that many hungry students will get in their way. Others want to know what caused the power surge.

10.09: "Homeless Alone"

Marge finds herself befriending a homeless guy, and she invites her to stay in her dorm room at Springfield College. However, it is only then she sees how annoying this guy can be, and with the help of Lenny and Jill, she attempts to get him out and find him a nice place to live. Meanwhile, Homer realises that Carl isn't prepared to be the best man at all.

10.10: "Marge the Substitute"

Desperately needing the income, Marge decides to get a part-time job being a substitute teacher at Springfield High. She finds herself developing a crush on one of her senior students, and she becomes determined to not let anything happen between the two, but it later proves difficult. Meanwhile, Homer and Carl prepare the stag party, but things get out of hand.

10.11: "Stuck in a College You Can't Get Out of"

Homer, Barney, Lenny and Carl are all visiting Springfield College, and they are shocked to discover that the entrance/exit has been shut off for unknown reasons, and now they can't leave. They reveal that they all have a place to go - Homer has a date with his girlfriend Becky, Carl needs to pick out a proper ring, and Barney and Lenny have jobs to get to.

10.12: "Coot Camp"

Homer is greatly offended when he is called a coot by his girlfriend Becky, and he decides to break up with her. However, when he realises that this certain quality of him might drive women away, he decides to go to a special boot camp to change himself. Meanwhile, Lenny suddenly realises how much his wedding is going to cost and he panics about it all.

10.13: "The Beach House Hideaway"

Homer, Barney, Lenny and Carl decide to book a vacation to a beach house in Florida. However, their vacation is later ruined after it starts pouring with rain and their beach house is flooded. Homer and Barney, though, are occupied when they discover that there could be hidden treasure somewhere buried around the resort, and so they go off in search of it.

10.14: "Only Tools and Horses"

Homer and his friends decide to take a visit to the Springfield activity center and join a club. However, they soon realise that they will be stuck with a mechanic's club, and so they decide to join that. Meanwhile, Marge and Jill decide to pass the time and visit the activity center as well, and they discover their love for horse-riding, and sign up for the club.

10.15: "Pie Another Day"

The annual Springfield pie-eating contest is coming up, and Homer is offended when he discovers that all of his friends have placed bets on him to win. Angry, he takes his name off the competitors list and becomes determined to go on a diet. However, he is soon feeling guilty for making his friends lose a lot of their money. Meanwhile, Jill enters the contest herself.

10.16: "Career Daze"

At the Springfield activity center, a program called "Career Days" is taking place where people can actually determine what their career should be. Homer, Barney, Lenny and Carl decide to go their themselves, and three stories take place, showing what would happen if... Homer was a dog groomer and walker, Barney was a parole officer, and Lenny and Carl were porn stars!

10.17: "An Officer and a Scaryman"

Homer befriends a guy called Clancy Wiggum, who wants to become a police officer. All the time spent together convinces Homer that he wants to become a police officer as well, and so he decides to go through training. However, in the process of it all, he is having second thoughts. Meanwhile, Lenny thinks Jill is getting a little too excited about the wedding.

10.18: "Campaign in the Neck"

Homer, whilst taking a trip to Springfield High, is honoured when he is offered the position as a senior student's campaign manager. However, he soon realises just how controlling this student is and he considers dropping the position. Meanwhile, Carl and Barney, who are taking a trip to the Springfield activity center, begin to fight over the tennis instructor.

10.19: "RIP Elsewhere"

Marge is shocked to discover that all the gravestones of Springfield cemetry are being moved elsewhere so a new office block can be built. She becomes determined to get the mayor to re-consider after realising that her grandfather's gravestone is there, as well as Simon's. Meanwhile, Homer bumps into Becky at the Springfield activity center.

10.20: "Driving Mr. Gumble"

Homer, fed up with driving Barney everywhere, suggests that he takes driving lessons. Barney accepts. However, he is having second thoughts after he realises just how insane his driving instructor is and how difficult it is to pass. Instead, Homer decides to teach him. Meanwhile, Marge develops a theory that Simon somehow faked his death.

10.21: "The Old and the Restless"

Carl's grandfather, an old, restless man, visits Springfield and Homer and Barney find themselves being forced to tag along with Carl to the museum of natural history as he can't stand his grandfather by himself. However, the visit is cut short when Carl's grandfather unexpectantly has a heart attack. Homer and Barney feel partly responsible, and they are ridden with guilt.

10.22: "Clip Show IV"

Everyone is excited about the upcoming wedding in France, and so they decide to throw a party to celebrate before they leave. After all of the celebrations, everybody decides to sit round a table and look back at their friendship in the past, in the fourth and final clip show. Meanwhile, Marge, who is not at the party, has confusing thoughts about Lenny again. 1
