Comic Book Guy has a minor cardiac attack, but it's enough for him to have to stay out of work. So, Bart and Milhouse start to run the comic book store. They accidentally discover Comic Book Guy's secret stash of illegal movies and charge admission for people to see them. The cops eventually bust them though. Meanwhile Comic Book Guy is trying to meet new friends when he falls in love with Agnes Skinner (Principal Skinner's mom).
Tom Savini guest stars as himself.
