"Marge Simpson"
Family: Marge is married to her high school sweetheart Homer Simpson. She has three kids: Bart (her "special little guy") Lisa, and Maggie. She also has a close relationship with her two sisters Patty and Selma and her father-in-law Abe Simpson.
Jobs/Careers: Marge is a happy homemaker, but she has had many jobs over the years. Once she was a cop, an advice giver for the church (known as the "Listen Lady"), a realitor, anti-violence activist, substitute teacher, and so on. Most of the time her jobs don't work out and so goes back to what she's good at. Afterall, cooking and cleaning for the Simpsons family is a fulltime job all on it's own.
Spare Time: In her spare time, Marge likes to spen "quality" time with her kids. She enjoys romantic nights with Homer and also enjoys seeing and spending time with her sisters. She is no doubt the family dictator and is the person that keeps the family in line. Without Marge, the Simpson family would just fall apart.
First Appearance: Marge's first appearance on The Simpsons was in the Tracy Ullman Short, Goodnight. Her first appearance on The Simpsons when it became a half an hour show was in the episode, The Simpson's Christmas Special: Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire.
