"The Coming Of Green: Part 3: The New Ranger"

Setting: LionStar – Bridge
Drax stares at the Green Lion Force Ranger, he is stood on the bridge.
Maya: That was a good idea, firing the fireballs then teleporting us out, it saved us
RaptorCon: Way to state the bleeding obvious
Drax: Ok Green Ranger, time to show us who you really are
Green Lion Force Ranger: My identity should be...
Drax looks to RaptorCon and nods. RaptorCon slams his tail down on a control and the Green Ranger’s armour crackles and fades away. A lone Miranite boy in his late teens now stands where the Green Ranger once stood. Maya stares at the boy, hardly able to conceal her excitement.
Maya: ARIAS...
She runs up to him and they hug each other tightly.
Arias: Maya, it’s good to see you again
Maya: It’s SO good to see you again
Maya slips her arm around Arias’ waist and turns to face the other Rangers.
Maya: This is Arias, he was my one of my best friends when I was growing up.
Arias slips his arm around Maya’s waist.
Arias: I didn’t know Maya was a Ranger
RaptorCon: It had nothing to do with you, savage.
FireStorm: So how did you get the Green Ranger powers anyhow
Arias: It’s an interesting story...
Setting: Arias Flashback
Arias(Voice Over): I was wondering through my village when the monster HotWheels attacked
Setting: Miranite Village
HotWheels tears through the village, crashing through huts and running over several Miranites.
Arias(Voice Over): As well as HotWheels, a lone StrikeMite appeared
A StrikeMite teleports in and begins ransacking the huts, searching for something
Arias(Voice Over): I saw it and tried to stop it
Arias stands up to the StrikeMite, and even tries to fight it, but he is no match for the alien grunt and is easily tossed aside like an unwanted cork.
Arias(Voice Over): I thought I was going to die
RaptorCon(Voice Over): That would have been a big loss
Unperturbed by RaptorCon’s interruption, Arias continues.
Arias(Voice Over): As I lay dying, it is then that he spoke to me. The Emerald Herald spoke to me
Arias is laid on the ground near a burning hut. Suddenly, he is enveloped within a soft green light that causes him to float off the ground. We then hear the voice of the Emerald Herald.
Emerald Herald(Voice Over): Arias, you showed courage and strength in standing up to the monster, even though you stood a likely chance of being killed
Arias tilts forwards until he is in a standing position, but still floating above the ground.
Emerald Herald: You have proven yourself to be worthy to receive the powers of the Green Lion Force Ranger
(END FLASHBACK)
Setting: LionStar – Bridge
Arias: The next thing I remember, is teleporting up here with you
RaptorCon looks at Drax and grunts, he doesn’t like Arias, neither does Drax.
Drax: What a LOVELY story, now if you don’t mind...
Drax looks to RaptorCon and nods. RaptorCon slams his tail down on a control and the Rangers are teleported away.
Drax: I don’t wanna talk to you guys, I’ve got more important thing to do
Setting: Terra Venture - Maya's Quarters
The teleporter deposits the Rangers in Maya’s Quarters. Maya and Arias sit together while the others make themselves comfortable.
Arias: Maya, if you don’t mind me asking, did you and Drax have a relationship?
Maya(Blushing): No
Arias: Well, I get the impression that Drax doesn’t like me because you do
Leo: Actually, Drax doesn’t like ANY of us, except his monster friends
Daimon: He especially like that female monster… I can’t remember her name
Kai: Venomina
Daimon: That’s her
Setting: LionStar – Bridge
RaptorCon: You don’t like Arias, do you?
Drax(Smiling weakly): Gee, is it THAT obvious?
RaptorCon: I wasn’t going to say anything...
Setting: Terra Venture – Industrial Sector
Dameacon teleports into the Industrial Sector, workers run as he shoots energy blasts.
Dameacon: Don’t run, BOW. BOW BEFORE YOU’RE GOD
Dameacon raises both hands, and electricity shoots out his fingers as the bolt zaps a throng of rats. Now, incredibly, the rats grown into grunting, snarling man sized rat-beasts.
Dameacon: Yes, my humanoid vermin, run free. The colony is yours, DESTROY IT
Dameacon raises his arms, thunder crackles and lightning rips across the sky as he teleports away.
Setting: Downtown Terra Venture
The have made their way to the center of the colony and they attack. They pick up vehicles and people and throw them about. Some of them use their claws to slash buildings while others use their tails as whips.
Setting: LionStar – Bridge
FireStorm, Drax and RaptorCon are seated around the helm.
RaptorCon: You have to admit, for a Miranite, Maya is cute
Drax: She’s BUGLY
FireStorm: Cute though
Drax: Then one of YOU have her...
The three of them don’t notice Venomina, who’s standing in the shadows, near the rear bridge entrance. She listens carefully as the three friends continue talking.
FireStorm: Ah c’mon Drax, you MUST like her. She’s a sexy, virgin, single Miranite girl. Did I mention, she’s a Miranite
Drax: Yes, you did...
RaptorCon: You’re dumber than I thought...
Drax: What’s with you, I don’t fancy Maya
Venomina smiles, hearing what Drax said.
RaptorCon: Who says anything about fancying her. I’m just telling you that you want to give her a dam good...... SHAG
Drax: Well, now that you mention it. I DID want to give her one...
Venomina can’t believe what she heard. Drax wanted to have sex with Maya. Drax’ statement cut through Venomina like a bullet through a tub of butter. With tears streaking down her face, she quietly slips away from the bridge. Suddenly, alarms blare out.
Computer: Multiple monsters detected in downtown Terra Venture
Drax: I suppose I have to go stop them. Notify the other Rangers...
Setting: Downtown Terra Venture
The rat monsters continue their rampage of destruction. An energy beam slices into two of the rats, sending them crashing to the floor. Red Lion Force Ranger descends down from the sky and drops into a battle stance.
Red Lion Force Ranger: You guys are UGLY, reason enough for you to be WHACKED
The other Rangers run up and stand with Drax.
Green Lion Force Ranger: Could you use a hand?
Red Lion Force Ranger: I need NOTHING from you, but since we’re all together, we might as well take these beats down
The Rats and the Rangers charge at each other and the fight begins.
Setting: DarkStar - Bridge
Dameacon watches as the six Lion Force Ranger battle the rat monsters he created. He’s pissed off that the Green Lion Force Ranger powers have been passed on, but he hides his anger well.
Dameacon: So, the powers have been passed on, no matter. My Rabid Rats will deal the Rangers an infectious blow
Setting: Downtown Terra Venture
Two rats charge Green Lion Force Ranger and he leaps skyward and the pair smash into each other. Black Lion Force Ranger picks up a metal pipe and starts sparring with another rat. Blue Lion Force Ranger grabs one of the rats by it’s tail, swings it around then lets it go, sending it crashing into two other rats. Red Lion Ranger takes to the skies and hovers above the others, watching the battle. He draws his Fire Saber and aims it at the Rabid Rats and fires. The fireballs streak through the air, each of them slamming into a Rabid Rat, causing them to explode in a ball of flame and energy. Red Lion Force Ranger fires at the Rabid Rats until the last of them is destroyed. He slowly descends down and lands next to the other Rangers.
Green Lion Force Ranger: That was easy...
As if on cue, a monster teleports in. Unlike the other monsters, this one seems to be made up of bits of junk and discarded materials from Terra Venture.
JunkBot: Time to be recycled Rangers...
The monster cackles and advances towards the Rangers, they fire their Fire Sabers at him, but they just bounce off and do no damage at all.
JunkBot It’s time to go to the big recycling center in the sky
Green Lion Force Ranger: I’ve got it
Red Lion Force Ranger: Then don’t give it to me...
Green Lion Force Ranger: If we join our powers together, we can over-come the monster
Red Lion Force Ranger: Shouldn’t CRAP like that be reserved for Disney?
The Rangers, with the exception of Drax all stand around Green Lion Force Ranger, they touch their Fire Saber’s to his.
Pink Lion Force Ranger: we need you to help if this is going to work...
Red Lion Force Ranger hesitates for a moment, but knows that Maya is right. If they are going to defeat JunkBot, then they’ll need to work together as a team. He stands in front of the others, facing JunkBot. He then taps his left wrist, and the Mega Summoner on his left wrist.
Red Lion Ranger: Mega Armour, SUIT UP
(Mega Armour Activation Sequence)
Red Mega Lion: The Mega Armour will help channel the energy into a concentrated blast
Red Mega Lion aims his arms at JunkBot.
Red Mega Lion: Your time’s up
The Ranger fire their Fire Saber’s. The energy steaks from them and into Red Mega Lion.
Red Mega Lion: Lion Fire, IGNITE...
JunkBot: Oh CRAP...
A massive wall of flame shoots out from Red Mega Lion and wraps around JunkBot. The intense heat and energy causes the junk monster to explode in a shower of energy and junk.
Setting: Terra Venture – Maya’s Quarters
With the exception of Drax, all the Lion Force Rangers are there.
Leo: Now that there’s six of us, Dameacon doesn’t stand a chance
Arias: Miranoi is safe. Plus it’s good to catch up with Maya again after all these years
Kai(Smiling): That’s not all you want to do?
Leo: Don’t deny it, you like her, don’t you
Arias(Blushing): Is it that obvious? Am I that readable?
Kai: Like a book my friend
Maya: it’s nice to find a guy who like me... and not a guy who want go mate with me
Maya and Arias look at each other and smile, these two are SO in love. They wrap their arms around each other and kiss passionately.
