Distributing the whole ISO image has been virtually impossible, so I've put together a series of install scripts that auto-generate the ISO image for you.All you need is:
* a Compaq SmartStart server setup CD
* a copy of Windows 2000 server
* a PC that can write CDs
* The smarterstart installer package
* a blank CD
* Some servers to configure.
(Many thanks, once again, to Bart Lagerweij for allowing me to distribute CDRPack 1.2 with the installer.This makes the process infinitely easier.)
So, here's what you do:
1) Download SmarterStart installer.
2) Unzip the files and folders to your local hard drive.
3) Run CREATE.BAT
4) Insert each disc when prompted.
5) modify your unattend.txt to initiate the Compaq agents
6) Create the CD image and write the CD
7) sit back and relax as your servers build fully automagically before your very eyes!
