Is someone really annoying you and you wish you could just ban them from ever entering your site ever again?
Well i have the perfect code for you!
Open up a new file in Notepad and type: deny from 00.000.00.00
Change the 00.000.00.00 to the person's IP
Save the document as .htaccess
If you want more than one person to be banned just add their IP underneath it.
