Dreaming Anonymous is an online magazine. Like any other magazine we need writers. Article Applcations are for the people who want to write articles for the magazine. If you want to be an advice columnist or opinion columnist, then you must go to the Community Applications. If you are interested in becoming part of the articles Dreaming Anonymous (DA) team, then please read the qualifications and fill out the application honestly and accurately. Thank you and good luck.
Qualifications/Rules
~Respect all members of the crew, the readers, and the magazine itself.
~You will be replaced if you miss more than two online meetings.
~You will be replaced if you two of your pieces are late.
~Dedication and commitment are key.
~Be a slave to your deadlines!

To help you in deciding which category you want to write for, we have put together what we will expect from you depending on which category you chose.
Astrology This category will be very time consuming because you must write 12 different horoscopes, one for each sign. We may also ask you to do specials like which signs are the most compatible, what different traits are linked to different signs or a "What Is Your True Zodiac Sign?" quiz.
Beauty This category is for the trend setters! If you have no taste whatsoever don't even think about applying. We want people who know what trends are in at the moment and what looks good for teenaged girls. We also want some variety because everyone is different.
Daily Life This category is pretty simple, but may require some research. We want this category to be about the things girls must deal with everyday and things you go through growing up. Older girls would probably be best for this because of their experiences. Some good example articles for this category would be Peer Pressure, Mean Girls, Failing Your Driving Test, Gangs, Abuse, Sex, etc.
Entertainment For this category, we want reviews on books, movies, and music. We want a variety of things for this category since everyone is different. The reviews should also be pretty unique from each other and you will have to give each thing you review a rating.
Fashion This category is another category for only the trend setters. This one maybe very hard because you must find good pictures of clothes and such. We want you be able to look at the trends that are happening now and play up to those and make your own awesome articles. We don't want exact copies of clothing trends that are in every other magazine. For example a good article would be showing people who normally dress in Goth clothes how to still wear the Goth clothes they like, but in a comfortable and more cooler way for the summer heat.
Featured Celebrity This one is pretty easy. You pretty much write an article about a celebrity. Not very hard, but we expect it to be awesome just the same. You'll need to pick celebrities that people are interested in, not just the same old celebrities everyone writes about.
Gossip This category is pretty much just the news, but gossip sounds soooo much better. This can be anything from news in the media to what's happening across seas to new laws being passed in the US. Click it or ticket! would be a good article.
Health Everyone is very health conscious now and we should offer the correct information. This will require a lot of research! These articles can includes everything from the new no-carb craze to just getting enough sleep at night.
Sports Self-explanatory. Write about sports. Sports that not many people have heard of, or sports for the disabled would make good articles. Try and make most of the articles have to do with girl sports, or girls conquering guys sports like surfing and skateboarding. This is a girls magazine after all.
Upcoming Events This should include new CD's coming out, new movies being released or concerts upcoming to your town. Also, holidays make good articles too.
