So you wanna be healthy? Here's a way to eat right:
*Cut down on grease and high cholestoral (sp?) foods that give you lots of energy for short periods of time.
*Beans are excellent protien and make a good snack for studying.
*Five fruits a day and 5 veggies a day, no cutting!
*Eat smaller proportions of food. That way you won't feel so stuffed and can have a light snack of jello or fruit/veggies.
*Attach 8 braclets around your right arm and when ever you drink 8 oz (1 glass) of water, move 1 bracelet to your left arm. Repeat for a healthy glow, hair, and no head aches!
