A new sunrise to brighten
My day since you enlighten
My world when our path crossed
Losing nothing from giving
I received in returns a
Special friend dear to my heart.
Walking together everyday
Through each other journeys
Though our roads are different
Side by side they run parallel
A crossing path along the way
For us to share in friendship.
Sharing our thoughts and feelings
Of good and even bad times
Guiding each other to our dreams
Wiping tears along the way
Binds us closely together in
Friendship through all infinity.
