| It really isn't easy to stay in shape, and anyone who thinks it is, proabably has a lot of time on their hands. But, staying in shape can be easier, if you just plan things out. 1. Plan out your meals: When you don't know what you're going to eat, you will probably wind up eating junk food. Planning our your meals for a week could really help. You can prepare your list ( and even the food if you want to) on Sunday, and have the whole week planned out. 2. For lunch at work, be careful: You will be tempted to go for the fast food if you do not bring your own from home. Try to pack a lunch. Also, if you have a favorite low calorie cereal, keep a box at your desk for moments where you want to crunch on something. 3. Plan your workouts. Consider them as "appointments" that you cannot break. And if you do break one, know that you're going to have to make it up, because it's an"appointment." |
