CLEAN UP YOUR OLD HABITS
When we say "clean up" your old habits, we're really talking about cleaning. And how to make cleaning a good and clean habit! Here are a couple of pointers:

1) Did you know that if you do something everyday for 3 weeks, it becomes a habit. So if you pick up the dirty dishes after dinner every night for 21 days,  it really becomes a habit. After that, you start doing it without even thinking about it. It really makes life a lot simpler, and the house stays a lot cleaner. But you can use this for everyhting in your life. Just try it, you'll see it works!

2) When you're actually cleaning, stick to the 20 minute rule. Don't spend your day cleaning. All you need is 20 minutes. Set a clock and start working. Once its 20 minutes, stop! If you're really cleaning (you've given yourself half the day to do so) then, clean in 20 minute time slots. Do the kitchen for 20 minutes, then rest. Then go to the bedroom and so on. It helps you to get the job done fast, and this way, you don't get tired or bored as quickly.
