This is a program for people who want to shed some pounds, or who need some general conditioning to get back into shape. All that you will need for this workout are some sandbags and some space.


THE EQUIPMENT
You will need 10 sandbags for this workout. These can be found at your local hardware, sporting goods, or boating store. The weight of the bags is up to you. Read through the program to see what you will be doing, and then decide what is right for you. Go to the store and try lifting some different sized bags if you aren't sure. They're pretty cheap, you should be able to get 10 bags for less than $50.
