Jordan was arraigned on 10/22/07 and is in jail - no bond granted- until January of '08 at that time he will have is deposition. He claimed to be a pediatric oncologist and who discovered cures for various types of cancer via stem cell research.
Simon also seems to run the same scams, however he claims that he has Asperger's (a mild for of autism) - and also dose have a SLIGHT lisp. He has also worked cons in the states of :

These are just the ones we know of. Most likely the list is far longer. I wouldn�t hesitate to say there have been thousands of victims. Some people get taken for a free meal but others have lost large sums of money and dignity. It is easy to look at this situation and his victims and think it couldn�t happen to you. There have been several posts and emails calling the people HE conned, �stupid�. The bottom line, no one deserves to be taken advantage of. My friends and I all experienced the same feeling of shock and violation by letting someone like this into our lives. We were all deceived here and he is a con artist who deserves to be put away for what he is doing to people. We need come together to get our story out, remember there is "Strength in numbers!"
What do the stories they tell consist of? Something like this -
He (at this point I don't know if it was Simon or Jordan) told us he started college at Harvard at the age of 15. It sounds unbelievable but he is incredibly smart. The medical terminology he uses, charming manner, and elaborate lengths he goes to convince you of his story makes him very easy to trust. He also has several aliases but Jordan Paul Gann is his actual name. Luckily he used his real name with us so it made it easier to find information on him. Jordan has worked cons against his own family causing him to be in and out of his home at the age of 15 or so. His family wants nothing to do with him or any of his victims. We have found that he has worked scams on real estate agents, nightclubs, car dealerships and a countless number of personal scams especially targeting women. At least five different women that we have found have also gotten pregnant and were left with fatherless children with no hope of any financial support and now wondering if Jordan or Simon is the actual father.
