To do a 'Whoopi': An action or quote referring to the Queen of Comedy herself, the great Whoopi. Most practiced form of 'Whoopiage' being the adjoing of both thumbs to create a W sign, or alternatively, for the Whoopi pro, the folding of the index finger over the ring finger and the nestling of the thumb under the palm creates a truly awesome Whoopi sign. This method can be used to do two 'Whoopi's at once!
