The variety in cakes' music is what makes their stuff
so good.  You can put on a single CD and hear a slow song
and the very next track may be a heavier, almost grungy sounding
track.  It's impossible for me to say that I have a favorite CD, all of them
have great songs on them and all have a song that I tend to skip past when it comes
on.

I wish I could say that I owned all of the Eels CDs but I don't.
I currently only have two (yes, it is a dismal effort) due to the fact that
whenever I want one I either have to hunt for it or order it from the CD store which
ends up doubling the price.  
Alot of people say that E's music can be depressing, especially Electro-Shock blues.
What alot of people don't know is that At 19, E found his father dead. 
His troubled sister, Elizabeth, commited suicide in 1996. And now 
his mother was terminally ill with lung cancer. That was his entire family.
So who's in Eels?  There's 'E' and 'Butch'.  There used to be a guy called Tommy but
he didn't fit in on tours so he left the band.  Then along came Adam,
he's still there but I don't have a pic of him.
