Simon is a regular on the corporate circuit. He's done the full range of work - after dinner speaking, comedy sets, commentaries for sports events, facilitating at company days - as well as more serious stuff like hosting conferences, acting as quizmaster and straight presenting.
Simon used to be a solicitor, God help him, and is still involved in running a recruitment business, so he's got a feel for what works and what doesn't when it comes to corporate entertaining.
