I suffered a severe stroke a year ago. Am attempting to redefine what my occupation can be now. The interest I had prior to the stroke cannot apply due to right side paralysis. I am walking fairly well with the use or a brace and cane but my right arm s questionable. Enjoyed your web page and entries. Am looking for any information others may have on how they have coped.

I am a returning student to get state cert. to teach Prek K. in Mont. inner city school after 12 yrs in the woods of Nov Scotia am trying to find if brain gym applies to Prek-k level & can help bring inner peace to my inner city kids who are struggling to get basic needs met. Smoething made me go to your wep page from the flexyx discussion group and I was surprised to see your Brain Gym interests. (The bears look great - and it's a fasst page to access). I did the Brain Gym training in 1991 and haven't "set" myself up into in egrating EK into my psychology practice though I've recently completed work with Carla Hannaford and will be doing my second Brain Gym training in the next few weeks to give me a "kick start". . I understand that you have recently returned from an adventure in a far off land where you climbed mountains and discovered healing caves dug millions of years ago by the local natives of that land.
