This is a book for parents and teachers to read and use with children to help them to better understand how they learn or block learning. When children understand the relationship of the brain and the body, they are more open to the changes make possible by the Brain Gym activities.
Edu-K for Kids is an illustrated, self-explanatory approach to a complex issue. It is intended to explain brain function as it relates to specific tasks. Each page on the brain captures a moment in time in the life of Tim as he deals with the trials of learning to read, write and spell. Although everything is depicted neurologically correct, liberties have been taken to simplify this mystifying process.
