Shanghai Noon

Incredible stunts,out-takes, slapstick humor and stunning martial arts are all the things we have come to expect from a Jackie Chan movie, Shanghai Noon has all those things but also has a rather unusal setting for a Chan-film being set in the time where cowboys walked the earth makes a change to the usual modern setting.

Shanghai Noon is in the same mold as Rush Hour as Chan has a partner (in this case Roy O'Bannon played by Owen Wilson) just like in Rush Hour they both start out hating one another but soon learn to respect each other as they set out to rescue princess Pei Pei (Lucy Lui) and lots of laughs await you as the events of the two unlikely partners unfold.

Plenty here for fans of Rush Hour and  cowboy movies but Shanghai Noon won't appeal to people who want a plot heavy film, but if like me you want plenty of action and comedy with next to no plot then it's a must buy!*****
