Rush Hour 2

Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker return for another bout of buddy-cop comedy and action, and it's even better then the excellent original. Cops Carter (Tucker) and Lee (Chan), start off in Hong Kong with Carter being the fish out of the water with the roles being reversed from the original in which Lee was in America, as you'd expect (if you've seen the original) Carter gets himself as well as Lee in to trouble, but somehow they always manage to escape. There is plenty of great fighting action from Jackie Chan to witness in full flow, and enough comedic fun to win over the distant kung fu fans, with Carter shouting out most of it. Not much to dislike here, apart from the overly simplistic storyline, but I and you should be able to forgive it as the movies values rely mostly on 2 already mentioned things. Rush Hour 2 is excellent entertainment, worth a buy for any serious kung fu or comedy fan!!! ***** Chris Wigham
