1979 Ford Escort, Mexico

Unfortunately I don't own this one anymore, sold it in 1999. I've upgraded though and now am the proud owner of a tidy RS2000.

The Mexico provided me with many hours of hard labour, starting with a aging shell suffering from rally damage and all the usual bits, cage, fire extinguisher, etc... After a new front end and a re-spray plus hours of work the result was a nice example of a classic Mk I Mexico.
