I'm a 30-something mother of 3 with the world's greatest husband. I work full-time, parent full-time, and stay up until midnight Simming. It's an exhausting life, but someone has to take care of the Simmies.
I've been Simming since September 2004 starting with TS1 (all EP's) and moved to TS2 in December 2004.
I hope to add some of my designs including homes, floors, walls, and Sims. It's a work in progress, but I'm having fun. As I get more experienced, I will post some of my items for download.
When they heard news of TS2 real-estate becoming available they decided on a change of scenery and moved to Pleasantville. They knew by making this decision they would begin to age and grow old, but it was a change they were ready for.
Chrissy had always dreamed of a family. Being very much in love, they enjoy their woo-hoo. On a Saturday afternoon their bout of woo-hoo led to a pregnancy.
The first and second trimester were easy on Chrissy, as the third trimester loomed near her belly began to expand beyond what she thought was possible. Delivery day came and both waited with baited breath. "Boy or Girl?" they asked themselves. OH MY, OH MY, it's TWIN GIRLS! Talk about panic mode.
Little Zoey & Maddie were a handfull, for some time Zack had to miss work just to get all their training accomplished. Chrissy, being a stay-at-home mom, had all the time in the world for her bundles of joy. Feeding, Changing, Bathing, Potty-Training,... The Albrights made it through it all happier than ever.
Zack joined the military and moved up the ranks, Chrissy only wanted to be home with her twins. They were identical twins and difficult to tell apart, so creatively, Zoey became a red-head and Maddie stayed blonde.
Maddie and Zoey turned into creative children with a zest for learning. They were able to build several skills and maintain A+ grades. Unfortunately, the Albrights failed to impress the Headmaster and were not accepted into private school. When entering their teenage years they became beautiful and used classic make-up choices, hairstyles of a short funky style, their clothes were hip and stylish. Zack & Chrissy wanted the best for their family.
Zoey chose a Knowledge aspiration. She has an ease of learning that can not be rivaled. Maddie is friendly and loves hanging with people. She chose the Popularity aspiration.
Shortly before the girls grew into adults, Zack & Chrissy became elderly. Zack elected to keep his job in the Military. Both are distinguished and fit for their ages. Their choice of apparel became more refined, but they still like to get down and party or dance as the occasion warrants.
Upon entering adulthood, Maddie immediately moved in with her teenage love Dillion Sanchez. They own a cute little starter home. Both desire to be popular and neither want to start their family yet. Maddie is employed in the Military, like her father, and Dillion is in the Military, continuing his teenage career.
Zoey is still skill building before choosing a career for herself. She currently has no love interest, but likes to spend her time learning and entertaining Mom & Dad. She is considering adoping a child from the Neighborhood.
Chrissy & Zack aspire to be with one another. They want to talk, dance, and entertain only each other. Both are happy and frequently glow with a "Platnium" sheen. Making the decision to move to Pleasantville was a tough one, they had to make a decision to age gracefully and knew there were no guarantees on spending eternity together. So far, they haven't regretted the decision and have been able to keep the "Grim Reaper" from knocking on their door. What the future holds is anyone's guess.
