Meet Karl Candy, who makes his living with his mouth! Karl comes from a BBC drama called "Into the Fire", and because his appearance was so short, we're really not sure what he DOES with his mouth! But his father was about to make a speech at this 20th anniversary party, and someone made a comment to Karl, so we can assume he is either a speech writer, or perhaps someone who does quite a bit of public speaking.

I asked Peter, and he said Karl was the sales rep for the father's company (though the father was doing it for himself in the part they show), and those scenes were deleted. It is a very dark show, about setting fires to get Insurance money, and any extra scenes might have been welcome!
