Hebron/Tanith

Stargate - SG 1

You have to know Stargate here . . . Hebron is the host, Tanith is a Gau'ld. So far there are two shows with Peter - the first is where Hebron takes on Tanith - whom he thinks has foresworn his birthright and is intent on helping the Tokra. But of course, he is just looking to get inside the Tokra so they can destroy them (The Tokra are a similar race who split from the main body some centuries before). When they realize this, they use him to spread disinformation, and by the second episode, when the Tokra have to abandon their base, they are ready to get rid of him. He is to be extracted from Hebron . . . who by now has wonderful long hair. (Heavy sigh). Keep the host body, guys! Of course, he escapes, and in a strange turn, manages to capture Teal'c . . . who he presents to Apophis. That is where we are now, as this was the season ender. See you in September?

Ratings:

Both of mine came from Satellite dish, which is important because the second episode, Exodus, had some problems with sound from cable systems. Apparently dish reception was better, as mine seems fine. For viewability, I give them 10s, but I happen to like this series!

For character, I give this one a 9. Point off for modulating the voice. I like his real voice. But man, the later version is fall down gorgeous!

Familiar Faces:

Well, hell, it's Stargate! Okay, there is Richard Dean Anderson . . . the others I guess you need to watch the show to know, though Don S Davis is in everything made in Canada. In the first of the two eps (Crossroads), Musetta Vander is the woman who is incubating Tanith - and who is convinced he wants to turn against his kind. She was once Teal'c's lover - or friend and is NOW his lover? Anyway, she was Ingrid Henning om Highlander (Valkyrie).
