Cold processing of metals: - guillotine shears, hydraulic and mechanic: - for thickness of sheet 0,2÷13 mm (0,,078÷0,47 in); - cutting lengths up to 3000 mm (9,84 ft); - press brakes with a pressing force of 25 ÷100 tf; - plate sheet expanding shears; - eccentric mechanical presses with a pressing force of 16 ÷ 100 tf; - profile hydraulic shears with a force up to 700 kN (70 to); - tools and accessories for presses. Company ProfileSIMEROM S.A. celebrates in the year 2000, 79 years since it was established as a factory, under the name on " BENKER & JIKELY ". It then comprised one workshop for processing metals, where a wide range of equipment and spare parts for the textile industry was machined. Under the name of " MECANICA ", in the early 60s, the company specializes in design and manufacture of machine-tools for processing metals using cold distorsion, to produce in the 70s the first machine-tools for processing plastic materials.
