My bio...Hmmm...When I started this site, I knew I needed a bio, but still haven't come up with much to say. My real name is Jen, but growing up in the 80's and 90's, there was at least 3 other Jen's in every class...One had to go by Jennifer, one by Jenni(me) and then there'd be a Jen...Oh and sometimes, there'd be another Jenni(y), so then, we get to add our last name...Jenni Murphy...:-P Hated my name for as long as I can remember. So if you don't mind, just call me Cat. ;-)
I'm 21 years old and just started this whole dolling thing a couple months ago, probably in July sometime. Playing The Sims Online, I met the most awesome girl ever...I knew her as StellaBella...Others know her as StellarStorm or Amanda. Anyway, she is an amazing dollmaker, and I realized I want to be just like her *when I grow up.* So I started looking at dolls and various tutorials...Tried making some bases and dolls on my own, prep style, but was unhappy with the results. I then started looking around at other people's bases and decided to try on theirs, and that's when I felt like I was really getting somewhere. Then last weekend, Stel convinced me that I needed to learn this html junk and get my own site. Being the good lil sis that I am, ;-) I went to the websites she linked me to, and I tried my best to figger it all out. I'm still learning, so please be patient...And if you have any ideas, that aren't too dificult, and would like to share, please feel free.
Aside from staying online/on my computer for hours and hours at a time, I also go to school full-time at the local community college. Hopefully in January, I'll be transferring to a real university and then I'll have about 2 years left. I'm engaged to a sometimes sweet, sometimes irritating, but always hilarious guy. We've been together for three years now, and it seems like an eternity. lol Geez, I can't imagine what 50 years...or 20...or even TEN is going to be like... I don't have any children, exactly...I have animals though...Not quite as much work, but still my babies...Three cats and a bunny are my fuzzy babies. The only other thing that really takes up my time is music, much less now than it used to, but still a part of me. I used to take private lessons and was actually majoring in music ed (wanted to be a high school choir director), but when it became more work than expression or fun for me, I left school for a while, and haven't gone back to singing like I used to...One day I will...
