"NPC" means "Non Player Character" and these refer to people in the game that you can't play. Such as the Maid, Pizza boy and the Paper Girl. These are Maxis skins..... so credit goes to them.

Maid
A lot of people like to create
a live-in maid for their Sim families, and used the "Frauline" skin as
the maid's uniform, but now you can have your family maids wearing the
correct maid skin.
(For some reason SimPose won't
display the b005 mesh, so I had to use BodyWarp for the image above so
that's why it is headless).

Heads
Your maid has to have a head,
right... The red haired maids and mesh came from The Wage of Sim, so credit
goes to them for creating/extracting the mesh and images. To give
you a bit of variety, I recoloured the hair and buns to give you some options.

I couldn't quite find the
right mesh for her skirt, so I had to make it slightly shorter to fit on
the b004 default mesh. (and it's still not looking quite right I'll
keep trying to find a better mesh)
