Well, it's been a long time since the last news post. The site is long overdue for an update, mostly because of the inability to get on the internet because I am still living off of one phone line! I'm sure many of you feel immense pity for me right now, so please email me so that I may give you the address to mail donations to.
In other money for me related news: there are quite a few "get paid for surfing the net" companies out there. The main idea is that they pay you to have some ads going while you do your net surfing. It's a great idea and so far the best ones I've found are All Advantage and Be Paid. All Advantage is cracking down on those who use "cheater" programs, but you can still earn money now, as opposed to later in the case of Be Paid. Anyway... make sure you tell 'em I sent ya if you do sign-up!
Of course, I know you will be buying Soldier of Fortune, so why not get a headset for multiplayer with it! Head on over to EB World for this sweet pre-order deal. Don't forget to get this SoF wallpaper from Suresh. And check out some screenshots here and here.
As you may have noticed, I've added some stuff to my wish list. First off is Vampire the Masquerade: Redemption, by Nihilistic Software. It's a bad-ass RPG where you get to play the role of a vampire. There's plenty of immersing plot, characters, and GM style gameplay. Check out Gamespot's preview to learn all about it.
I've also added the Half-Life Matrix Mod. It's one of the coolest looking modifications out there, even with there own domain. It's well worth a look.
Wish list: Tribes 2, Team Fortress 2, Warcraft 3, Neverwinter Nights, Hitman: Codename 47, Soldier of Fortune, Vampire - The Masquerade: Redemption, and the HL Matrix Mod. BTW, anyone know the official site for Tribes 2? I can't seem to find anything about it anywhere...
