had some minor work done to the structure to the house but the major
changes were with the Look of the home. With the help of new items,
wallpaper and floor designs from The Sims Deluxe expansion pack
Jim and Sarah have made a huge different to the home.
The highlight of the home is the large living area as you walk
in the door. This room features the TV and is the central point
of the home. The Kitchen/Dinning room, the kid's rooms and the
staircase are all accessed through this room.
Upstairs is a real treat, as you walk up the stairs you are faced
with a stunning sofa and rug, and as you turn to the right
a Grand Piano. The Rug cost over §8000 and is a stunning
center piece. There is also an expensive Grand Father Clock
and a fireplace. This is the best room in the house.
Also on the top floor is a study, a bathroom, Jim and Sarah's
room and another games room (which Jim and Sarah still have to
furnish).
The Value of the Home and Contents is somewhere around §140
000. But I think it's worth it. This would have to be one of the
best looking homes ever.
