Bruce and Jill decided to keep the trees, however they added an iron fence around the property. After the home was extended and a second floor was added the two decided that they should use bricks on the walls and so they picked a cream brick. They also changed the windows and put in beautiful large white windows and centred them around the house. This made a huge difference to the house and changed the appearance dramatically.

The main problem now was to create a new entertaining area, which would include a BBQ area and the Hot Tub. They placed a great grand fountain as you walk out of the back door and surrounded it with flowers and topiaries. This acted as the garden's centre piece. On either side are the major features of the garden, the hot tub and the BBQ. Each are surrounded by flowers and topiaries and are paved with the same stone pavers.

This would have to be one of the most dramatic improvements to a garden the Sim Lifestyles website have ever seen. Bruce and Jill Case are very happy with the outcome and often have friends over to entertain, they all love the new garden.
