Try a few specialities like antipasti alla Sabatini marinated with fish and vegetables, risotto con punti di asparagi (rice with asparagus tips). 

La Loggia

A stylish and rather pricey restaurant with splendid views of Florence. Although popular with coach parties, it is worth the wait for a tables.
