| Its three weeks before Christmas and I fired the oven up for the first time. So far so good, but I have much to learn about controlling the bake in this oven. I hope to turn out some bread for Christmas Eve dinner. |
| In the spring I will finish the oven with Stucco, for both esthetic and wheather protection purposes. |
