| Hello there, and welcome to "The Barn" I collect many different types of model horses,and by collect I do not mean that each must remain unopened as a collector's item. Some of my most beloved models are my old toys such as my first Grand Champion. Value and condition range but are of little matter to me. The reason I have each and every one is because I like it for some reason or another. | "Tove" A 2004 custom from the Banbury Quarter horse and rider set. This black leopard Knabstrup mare is much prettier in person and has one of the best paint jobs I've ever done! every single one of those spots is mapped (or haloed) her mane has been trimmed to sit like a GCs because it was so sloppy before. I am really liking the Banbury horses for custom painting...even if the poses are a bit off. She's even signed and dated '04 on her belly Tove might be offered for sale. email me if interested. |

| "Venaca" A 2004 custom from the Banbury Paint horse and rider set. This blonde Sorrel mare was the first Banbury custom I did.I got her because she was cheap and came with a decent rider that I wanted. I wasn't going to keep her but....I like her now! she kinda looks like she's going from a trot to a canter...weird.The paint job is nicley shaded but a bit rough. I left her with a semi matte finish cuz it looks good on her and the texture is nice. I call her a Belgian Quarter Horse cross because she's a wee bit taller than regular GC model.. I want to get a pedigree made up for this model.If you have pedigreed models up for stud that would work please email me. |
