Sonic the Hedgehog and the Space Ace Transformers - Episode VIII by Space Ace
Part 5


    MewTwo and Blaze continued shooting away at the Rangers and Freedom Fighters who tried firing
back but their laser bullets bounced away or hurled aside like nagging flies or bees which enraged
the two ETs even more that they struck out harder to smite down their enemies.  In the midst of the
battle Ivo, Hope and Emmett ran for cover to avoid being hit themselves.

EMMETT: Great Scott, they're going to shoot again!
IVO: Hit the ice!

    All of a sudden as the two scientists dropped prone to shield their heads, a cry for help came
from Hope who slid off into the icy waters and began splashing frantically about since she had
trouble swimming.

HOPE: Help, help me!
SHADOW: Hope! <hurries to her rescue>
ROUGE: We're coming, stay calm! <flies in to the rescue>

    The black hedgehog leaned out over the edge of the ice shelf, reaching a gloved hand out to
grasp Hope's outstretched hand as the young woman tried grabbing onto his hand, afraid she was
going to drown or pass out from the freezing cold sapping her body's warmth.  At the last second
Rouge swooped down to grab onto Hope's arms around the armpits.

ROUGE: I got you, stop struggling.
HOPE: Pull me out, I'm getting cold! <terror in her eyes>
ROUGE: Stay calm, do not panic.
SHADOW: Bring her over here!

    The female bat managed to maneuver the overlander teenaged woman onto the ice shelf again just
as Shadow took hold of her legs to pull her gently down and embrace her shivering body with his own
as he summoned his power to restore her body's core temperature back to normal again just as Ivo
and Emmett rushed over to assist as well.

IVO: Are you okay?!
EMMETT: Here, <pulls off his jacket> put this around you, quickly!
HOPE: Thanks, Doc...<still shivering> I thought I was going to die...
SHADOW: No, I would not allow that to happen.  Maria would not let me lose another friend.
ROUGE: Aye, <arms around Hope from behind> we would never let you die on our watch.
HOPE: Thank you, Rouge, Shadow.
IVO: Whew, saved by the bell.
EMMETT: Uh-oh...<spins around>

    Without warning a powerful explosion hit the section of ice the five were standing on and it
broke away to end up drifting into the middle of the cold waters of the ocean.

HOPE: We got to get back to land. <starts to panic>
SHADOW: No, too long a jump, we'd never make it. <holds her back>
IVO: Unless one of the Rangers saves us, we're doomed.
EMMETT: <cups hands around mouth, shouts loudly> JUNIOR!!!
ACE: <I hear my father's cry> Huh, what?! <spin around> Dad?!!
EMMETT: SON, HELP US! <shouts again>
ACE: <gasp in shock> Great Scott, Dad, Dr Kintobor, Hope!
HOPE: HELP US! <also cries out loud>
IVO: HURRY! <waves his arms frantically>
KIMBERLY: Oh, no!  They're drifting away from shore!
CODY: Are you kidding?  We can't move while those terrorist aliens have us pinned down.

    He was right, both Blaze and MewTwo's firepower was keeping us occupied and unable to rescue
the helpless scientists.  Fortunately the cries were heard by Blaze who turned in that direction
and noticed the humans and mutants in danger.

BLAZE: Oh, no. <alarmed look> They are in danger, I must help them. <rises into the air>
MEWTWO: Must rescue them from danger...<also flies after her>

    While we looked on, stunned-shocked looks on our faces both ETs flew over and touched down on
the floating glacier as Emmett, Ivo, Hope, Rouge and Shadow stared in horrified expressions on
their faces.

SHADOW: Stay away from us, I'm warning you! <glares>
ROUGE: Don't you touch us, alien scum! <also glares>
HOPE: SPACE ACE! <cries my name>
MEWTWO: <puzzled> Why are you afraid, I will not harm you...
HOPE: Then why are you wearing the nWo symbol? <points it out>
BLAZE: Only the evil Power Rangers may fear us.
EMMETT: NO! <snaps back angrily> My son is not evil, he fights for truth-justice and goodness
throughout the galaxy!
IVO: You are the real terrorist monsters! <defies them both>
BLAZE: No, no...that cannot be true. <looks hurt>
MEWTWO: Let us prove we are not evil, we will take you to our leader, Borf.  He will show you that
you have nothing to fear.

    Before Emmett or company could protest the two ETs used their telekinesis power to levitate the
humans and mutants into the air then rising themselves into the sky carried them away in front of
our shocked faces.

TAILS: Where are they taking them, huh?
AMY: We have to stop them.
KIM: Aye, but if we shoot we risk hitting Dr Brown and Dr Kintobor.
RON: We'll have to find another way to save them.
CHRIS: If there is another way.
SONIC: I sure hope so...
BUNNIE: So do I, Sonic.
ANTOINE: They're gone, don't see them anymore.
TEAM ROCKET: Oops, not good. <both quote Jack Sparrow>
CODY: Leader?
ACE: Formulate a rescue plan of saving my father and friends pronto.
SALLY: Roger, then stop the Empire from freezing this planet!
KIMBERLY: I'm all for that, Acorn.
GOKU & NARUTO: Here-here!
ASH: Me too! <Picaku also agrees>
ROTOR: Then let's get started.

    And while we were making plans on saving Dr Brown and company in the meanwhile MewTwo and Blaze
had arrived in the underground facility with their new friends to introduce them to Borf and gang
except the reception Emmett, Ivo, Hope, Shadow and Rouge would receive was not what they had in
mind at all!
