Sonic the Hedgehog and the Space Ace Transformers - Episode VII by Space Ace Part 2 Meanwhile, light years across space on planet Earth in the town site of Hill Valley, a bald- headed, white-haired man named Emmett Lathorp Brown was getting ready to leave for work at the Institute of Future Technology as he drove his DeLorean DMC time traveling vehicle en route to the work place. He was thinking of his son Ace Brown Junior, or Space Ace that is. EMMETT: It's been a long time since Junior and friends left to seek out intelligent life in space. Hope they were successful in making contact with friendly alien beings by now. Arriving at his Institute where he was the chief inventive officer of course, saying good morning to his secretary Heather at the Front Desk and then entering his office, the genius who discovered time travel began the usual routine of checking his e-mails, shuffling through reports, etc. Suddenly he was startled by a voice calling his name and mistook it for Heather reaching him via intercom at first. EMMETT: Yes, Heather? UNSEEN VOICE: Uh, who's Heather? EMMETT: Huh? Who's that, who's there? UNSEEN VOICE: Excuse me, are you Doctor Emmett Brown? Looking up, Doc Brown stared in wide-eyed shock as he gasped his famous "HUUUUUUH?!!" cry and froze in his swivel chair. There standing before his presence was a mutant alien resembling a female chipmunk wearing a open blue vest-jacket, blue boots, tights and red hair. The creature appeared to shimmer in a glowing aura of light as it spoke to him. SALLY: Are you Emmett Brown? I was told you discovered time travel and built your time travel vehicle. EMMETT: Wh-who are you?! SALLY: Please, forgive me if I scared you, professor. My name is Sally Acorn, I am a alien life-form from another planet. EMMETT: Great Scott, how do you know my name? SALLY: I know your son, Doc Brown. Space Ace, yes? That made Emmett gasp again, lean back in his chair as he fought to slow down his beating heart, breathing in and out while sweat ran down his face. Worried-concerned about the earth-man about to have a heart attack Acorn intervened. SALLY: Are, are you okay? Are you having an attack? EMMETT: Good...grief, a talking alien, who...who not only knows my son but also me! Suddenly Sally was at his side as she gently calmed him down, stroking his bald head and hair, holding him in her strong arms while she quietly shushed him, rocking the time travel inventor to and fro in her embrace. She continued quieting Emmett down and holding him gently until Doc Brown could breathe normally again. SALLY: It's going to be okay, Doc. There's nothing to be afraid of, sir, I promise. Again I apologize for scaring you. As I said before, I know your son Space Ace. EMMETT: Wow, so Junior succeeded in making first contact with intelligent life. Guess that answers the one and only question "Are we alone?" SALLY: Oh, uh...tee-he-he-he-he-he hm-hm-hm-hm-hm-hm-ahem-hm-hm-hm-hmm-hmmm... EMMETT: What's so funny, he? SALLY: I, I...oooooooh-ho-ho-ho-ho-hoooooo-oooooh! I can't stop...stop my- ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-haaaah! Then she erupted into volcanic bursts of laughter as her shimmering body shook in mirth, doubling over and clutching herself as Doc looked on, puzzled as to why she was laughing at him at all before Sally glanced up quickly, struggling to hold back the laughter just enough to speak again, tears in her eyes. SALLY: Sorry, sorry... didn't mean to laugh at you like that, that was not nice of me to do that. EMMETT: Uh-huh, as if. SALLY: By the way, Doc Brown. Ace and I are now best of friends, in fact we love each other, he? EMMETT: You do?! I had no way to know my boy would fall for a ET life-form such as you. Sally still leering nodded in reply before going on to explain how she and her Freedom Fighters met Space Ace and his earthling friends from their world, how they formed a partnership alliance together in defending Mobius from the evil New World Order Empire and Commander Borf. SALLY: And that's how the story goes, for now. Ace and I are going to be wedded, married very soon as king and queen of both our worlds. Isn't that exciting, yes? EMMETT: Great Scott, that's good news, who-ho! Junior is getting married, going to be a father for his own kids, yes! SALLY: Yeehaaw! They both hugged each other, laughing together before staring into each other's faces and grinning like idiots. Sally then offered the time travel inventor to come to her world as a witness to herself and Ace getting married to which Emmett agreed. In return Doc offered to show Sally around the Institute and she agreed to his request. EMMETT: So we have a deal? I go to visit your world, witness my son's marriage to you and perhaps get to meet the Freedom Fighters. SALLY: Deal, and I come to your world and you show me around your Institute in return. Then the former princess bid farewell to Dr Brown before fading away like a desert mirage or ghost. When she was gone Emmett smiled to himself. EMMETT: Good luck, my boy. I'll be down shortly to take part in the wedding ceremony, and I'll bring your mother with you so she can be a part of this moment. He then contacted Heather and told her what he learned from the alien life-form that visited him briefly. While that was going on, back on Mobius at that same time within Freedom Headquarters Sally ended the holographic program as Nicole congratulated her. NICOLE: Excellent work, my maker...hope you didn't scare him too much. SALLY: No, well, that is...he was shocked at first to see me appear before him like a ghost, tee- he-he. NICOLE: Uh-oh, oops...so he agreed to come? SALLY: He did, um-hm. He will come to the wedding ceremony. Is he using his time traveling DeLorean? NICOLE: Shall I inform Ace his father is coming? SALLY: No need, I will let him know myself. NICOLE: Very good, sir... Chuckling to herself, the former princess went in search of her lover-boy, future husband, to let me know my dad was on his way. Meanwhile I was practicing with a light-saber going through attack and defend maneuvers in the workout dojo when she came upon me. SALLY: Ahem, Obi-Wan Ace? ACE: What-the? Oh, it's you. What brings you here, Darth Acorn? SALLY: Ha-ha, very funny. How about a rematch, no? Only this time, I will win...YES! ACE: We shall see, Sith Lord. Go ahead, take up your weapon. SALLY: Prepare to be destroyed, Jedi Knight. She took down her own saber hilt, ignited the blue blade and faced me off assuming a ready stance. I lifted my green blade into ready stance also as we stood facing off before leaping in, blades sparking and flashing against each other. SALLY: I've been waiting for you, Obi-Wan, we meet again at last. The circle is now complete; when I left you I was once your apprentice, now I am the master. ACE: Only a master of evil, Darth. Again and again we slashed, chopped, thrust and parried each other's strikes back and forth in combat. Locked in a clinch we glared at each other, blades crossed together. SALLY: Mmmmmph! ACE: Urrrrrgh! Then pulling apart our sabers we spun away before pivoting around to circle warily each other, looking for an opening to strike. SALLY: Your powers are weak, old man. ACE: You cannot win, Darth. If you strike me down I shall become more powerful than you could imagine. Once again we struck out, blades sparking and clashing again and again, occasionally ducking- twisting aside to avoid blows aimed at our heads or bodies on occasion. Again we clinched, shoving and snarling to shove each other away before attacking again. SALLY: You're doomed, urgh! This time, victory will be mine...mmmmmmph! ACE: In that case, ugh, I dare you to kill me if you can...mmmmph! SALLY: So be it, YES! Pushing me back, hard and away the former princess sprang in again to land a well placed kick that drove me off balance several steps then closing in again as I went down hard onto my a**, slashing down with her blue blade against my green blade again and again before reversing her move and smacking my saber out of my hand, followed up with a stabbing thrust into my chest, I cried out from a stinging shock, eyes going wide before rolling back and I pretend to fall dead. SALLY: Ah-ha, I win-I win, yes! Victory is mine at last, who-ho! ACE: Congratulations, Sith. Now we are even, you and I. SALLY: Why not come with me, join me, he? Together we can rule the galaxy, you and I. ACE: Sorry, I do not believe in the dark side of the Force. SALLY: What?!! Oooooooooh, then you shall die by my hands, ah-ha! Instead of finishing me off again since she already killed me, we both erupted into laughter as she pounced onto me and we play-wrestled about on the mat, rolling about in mirth before settling down and sitting up side by side, grinning and taking it easy. SALLY: Oh, I just met your father, Ace. ACE: You did? SALLY: Yes, I did. He seemed shocked to see me standing there in holographic form like a ghost at first, tee-he-he, ahem. ACE: Sure hope you did not give him a heart attack. SALLY: Don't worry, I apologized immediately for scaring him. Anyway, I invited him to come to the wedding, he seemed excited about Junior, ahem...he-he-he, sorry about that. ACE: Not a problem, boss. So dad is coming to the wedding, cool. SALLY: Yes, he was excited about you becoming a father to his own kids. ACE: That's Doc Brown. He wants to see me have children so he can become a grandfather and become a part of the family. Smiling together we shared a kiss or two while sitting on the mat before getting to our boots again, putting away the light sabers and retreating to the command center of the headquarters base. At the same time the other Rangers and Freedom Fighters were going about their own duties as well. TO BE CONTINUED... www.geocities.com/silverstarr3224/
