Headquarters in the parking lot a vehicle pulled up and stopped in one of several slots before shutting down its engines, the doors open and a blond haired girl emerges to be greeted by a black colored hedgehog with white underbelly, white gloves and high tech roller blade sneakers and a white female bat wearing a pink-on-gray jump suit, white gloves and boots. ROUGE: Welcome back, Hope. HOPE: Hi, Rouge. SHADOW: Your boss is waiting to see you. HOPE: I know, I know... probably needs me to help in another blah-blah-blah... KIMBERLY: Duh? ROUGE: What-the?! Who said that? SHADOW: Who's there?! HOPE: He-he-he, that's my new friend...meet Kimberly, the talking Jeep Wrangler. As both Rouge and Shadow gasped, eyes wide while staring slack jawed at the Rubicon-Unlimited off road vehicle it suddenly shimmered and transformed, changing its form into that of a female terran woman with red hair and wearing a blue-on-white jump suit and high top boots of the same color that is. Hope Kintobor continued giggling at their shocked looks before speaking again. HOPE: Kimberly is one of several terran earth-people who came from another planet in another solar system far away. KIMBERLY: That's me, I'm a Power Ranger Autobot of the planet Earth. SHADOW: What's a Power Ranger? KIMBERLY: A magic, powerful super hero who fights against evil forces. ROUGE: And an Autobot? KIMBERLY: That's the vehicle you saw me in, my disguise that is before transforming into my terran form again. HOPE: Uh-huh, she has magic powers to do that, transform herself into disguises. Both Rouge and Shadow looked stunned but recovered enough to escort Hope into the base with Kim following as bodyguard backup that is, the black hedgehog who was supposedly created by the late Dr Gerald Kintobor Robotnik long ago inputting his password into a keypad next to the main door before they slid open and lead the procession inside, the door closing shut behind them again. Hiding in the shadows not far away were Drago and Sleuth who recorded the combination via their morphing rings to send back to the boss. SLEUTH: There, that wasn't so hard, was it? DRAGO: No way, like taking candy from a baby, he-he. SLEUTH: Now that Borf's got the combination to break into the complex we can steal the anti-matter formula. DRAGO: Sure hope this idea is successful than the previous one with the anti-gravity cannon. Both brothers muttered angrily among themselves as they replayed the disaster-like consequences that befell the Empire when the Alliance blew up the cannon, thus preventing Dr Eggman Robotnik from using it to take over the planet as usual. Immediately they flew off back to enemy headquarters in Robotropolis where the others awaited their progress. Meanwhile Hope stood before Abraham Tower, commanding officer of G.U.N. Headquarters. HOPE: Reporting for duty, sir! ABRAHAM: At ease, soldier. Good to see you back, my dear. HOPE: Thank you, sir. You needed me for something? ABRAHAM: Yes, I want to show you something. KIMBERLY: What are you, some kind of VIP around here? HOPE: No, I work here. ABRAHAM: Are you talking to a new friend back here, ma'am? KIMBERLY: That would be me, sir. Tower turned his head to face the red-haired woman for the first time, scowling suspiciously at first as he scrutinized this newcomer before speaking. ABRAHAM: I don't remember seeing you before, misses. KIMBERLY: That's because I'm a space explorer from another planet far away, called Earth. ABRAHAM: Really? I believe I've heard of that planet, in fact my great grandparents came from Earth. HOPE: I didn't know that, sir. SHADOW: Wait a minute, did my creators Dr Gerald and Maria also come from that planet too? KIMBERLY: My name is Kimberly, 2nd in Command to my leader and boyfriend Space Ace who commands the Power Ranger Autobot Alliance of the Earth in our war games conflict against our enemy the New World Order Empire from the planet Doom. Commander Tower gave another arched eyebrow expression, looking curious as Kim explained everything to him about the Power Rangers, who they were and of their magic powers to change into disguises time and again. ABRAHAM: I see, very interesting. So you fight this nWo gang led by this alien commander known as Borf who seeks to take control of the Earth. KIMBERLY: That we do, sir. Borf will attempt to rule over our planet, forcing all terran earthlings to be his slaves forever. HOPE: Oh, no. ROUGE: Good grief! Again Commander Tower led the way into a laboratory complex where scientists were busy in creating experiments or inventions at the moment, oblivious to the leader's presence and that of his visitors. Tower began talking about one such discovery he and his team of scientists came up with. ABRAHAM: Our anti-matter formula may be TOP SECRET for now but without Hope's intellectual knowledge in computers, science and technology it would be a mystery to us as well. KIMBERLY: And I thought she was a know-it-all all along, ah nuts. HOPE: He-he-he, you are so funny. ROUGE: Hm-hm-hm-hm, you got that right. The leader paused in front of a hard-drive terminal to remove a CD from the slot and slipping it into a case holder he handed it to the young woman, saluting as he did so. ABRAHAM: This specially designed CD will allow your home computer to stay in contact with my system at headquarters anytime you wish to keep in touch or if I need your assistance in some upcoming mission. HOPE: Wow! Can't wait to test this out. Thank you, sir! SHADOW: Did you say you came from the Earth? KIMBERLY: Yes, why are you interested in my world? SHADOW: Because, my creator Dr Gerald Robotnik lived on that planet long ago and his niece Maria Robotnik who was my mistress and best friend taught me everything about the Earth and its inhabitants and one day she would take me to visit that planet. KIMBERLY: I see, but how come she never fulfilled that promise? The black hedgehog looked like he was going to cry as tears formed in his eyes, his body trembled in grief and loneliness as he fought to hold back the pain of emotions warring inside his body. SHADOW: Maria was killed by government soldiers who attacked the ARK, orbiting space station on orders from the President to shut down the Shadow Project. Before she died, she put me into frozen sleep, suspended animation and promised one day she would reunite with me again in the afterlife and we would never be separated again. KIMBERLY: So sorry to hear that, Shadow. And now your new friend is Hope? SHADOW: Aye, she reminds me of Maria in many ways. ROUGE: Ahem, excuse me...but can we get going? Hope needs to be returned home. HOPE: Yeah, is my ride ready? KIMBERLY: As always, partner. ABRAHAM: I'll see you next time, ma'am. Once back outside in the parking lot, Kimmy morphed back into her Jeep Wrangler guise of the Rubicon model this time around since her previous form was the Unlimited model. Hope, Shadow and Rouge climbed into the vehicle and they sped away in the direction of Hope's residence which in reality was on the G.U.N. Base itself since all staff and personnel lived in bungalow style houses side by side on quaint neighborhood streets. On the way to her house as Hope gave directions on where to turn, what street to follow, blah-blah-blah...something zoomed overhead, blocking the sun briefly. ROUGE: Hey, where did that aircraft come from, huh? HOPE: Is that a MIG-29 Fulcrum fighter? KIMBERLY: Wrong, that's Tigress! It's one of the New World Order terrorist mutants, she uses that disguise to hide her true form when she likes attacking from high above! SHADOW: Uh-oh, here she comes. TIGRESS: Here I come, suckers...look out, ah-ha-ha-ha! Diving down, the MIG blasted away to score hits on the Jeep Wrangler but Kimmy swerved to and fro, avoiding the explosions going off around her to protect her friends from being hurt by Tigress's evil intentions. Pulling up, the evil nWo warrior came around for another assault. TIGRESS: Get ready for another strafing run, fools! ROUGE: Bring it on, bully! All of a sudden she flew out of the back passenger window of the jeep and raced in to intercept the attacking Fulcrum fighter as the others watched in horror and terror. SHADOW: Rouge! HOPE: No! ROUGE: Come on, I dare you to take me on, coward! TIGRESS: Grrrrrmph, I'll make you eat those words! She opens fire on the female bat, but Rouge skillfully evaded the bolts thrown at her. Tigress shot past, which allowed the former treasure hunter to counter-attack this time around, blasting away with her laser guns strapped to holsters on her thighs, unfortunately the shots bounced off the fuselage of the MIG-29 as its powers shielded its form from being damaged. TIGRESS: Stop that, that tickles! ROUGE: Ooooooooh! SHADOW: Time for me to intervene, ah-ha! HOPE: Shadow, be careful! The mysterious hedgehog zoomed upward and used his powers, summoning his strength as magic glowed around his person... SHADOW: Chaos Control!!! TIGRESS: Aaaaaaaaaaaugh! I'LL GET YOU FOR THAT, I SWEAR IT! ROUGE: Bye-bye, bully! SHADOW: And don't come back! Then they both slapped high five and flew back to rejoin Hope who cheered for them both before climbing back into the Jeep Wrangler and continued the drive to Hope's house where the young woman got out, ran up the sidewalk to her front door before turning back, waving CD in the air. HOPE: I'll get on my computer to warn Commander Tower back at the base! ROUGE: Good luck, lady! SHADOW: Okay, what's next? KIMBERLY: I'll contact Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable to join us here ASAP. Then my boyfriend leader Space Ace will show up with Sally Acorn and the Freedom Fighters and we'll figure out what to do from there. SHADOW: Sounds like a good idea. ROUGE: Let's go for it!
