Sonic the Hedgehog and the Space Ace Transformers - Episode III by Space Ace
Part 1


    The lonely mountain road in the Great Desert is quiet and deserted as morning fog rolls in to
cover everything like a gray blanket.  All of a sudden from out of nowhere there appeared a ghostly
shape-like form of a long-nosed Peterbilt Series 379 semi truck that burst through the mist,
parting through its shroud like pushing aside curtains.  It is Space Ace!

    The heroic terran humanoid defender of the planet Earth and leader of the Power Ranger Autobot
Alliance is leading his earth-friends on a morning workout jaunt through the countryside together
with the Freedom Fighters from Freedom Headquarters in New Mobotropolis when suddenly a loud
explosion rocks the skies overhead making the convoy screech to a sudden stop.

KIM POSSIBLE: What was that? <in her form of the Nissan Skyline GTR>
RON STOPPABLE: Yeah, something penetrate the sound barrier? <in his form of the Pontiac Solstice>
AMY: <riding inside Kim's auto form> Sure sounded like it, Possible.
TAILS: <riding inside Ron's auto form> I don't see any aircraft above, duh?
ACE: <in my form of the Peterbilt 379> The only thing I know that makes that sound is Belladonna,
probably showing off, showboating that is.
SALLY: <riding inside my auto form> Oh, the witch whippet?
ACE: Who else, boss?
KIMBERLY: <in her form of the Chevy Camaro> Then our enemies, the New World Order Empire must be at
it again as usual.
SALLY: Hmmph! <frowns angrily> I should have known it would be them, those terrorist bullies.
ACE: They are trying to dare us to stop them from conquering this planet, now that Borf is no
longer leading the gang for now and who knows who's in charge of the nWo family.

    By this time the other members of my team...Goku San, Naruto Uzumaki, Chris Thorndyke, Cody
Jones, Team Rocket James & Jesse, Ash Ketchum pulled up in their car and truck guises and stopped
alongside me, my 2nd in Command, Possible and Stoppable.  With them were the other Freedom Fighters
of Rotor Walrus, Bunnie Rabbot, Antoine D’Coolette, and Sonic the Hedgehog of course.

SONIC: Yo, what's up? <looks surprised> Why did you stop?
SALLY: <from the open driver's window> Sonic, did you hear that loud explosion?
SONIC: I sure did, Sally.  But I could not see anything that could've caused that blast.
SALLY: Neither did I.  Ace thinks it's that witch sorceress Belladonna showing off.
SONIC: Huh? <puzzled frown>
CHRIS: <in his form of the Saleen S821 Police Cruiser> So, the nWo is trying to scare us, huh?
CODY: <in his form of the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited> Looks that way, brother.
BUNNIE: <riding inside Cody's auto form> Oh, great. <glowers> Here we go again.
ANTOINE: <riding inside Chris's auto form> You got that right, honey.
ROTOR: <riding inside Ash's auto form of the BigFoot Monster Truck> So where are they, the New
World Order?
ASH: <in his form of the Monster Truck> Yeah, where are those bullies?

    At that same moment high above the convoy was Nicole the holographic bodyguard program to Sally
Acorn who suddenly noticed the cars and trucks come to a stop.

NICOLE: Why did they stop, huh?  What's going on down there?

    When she attempted to stop quickly it made her lurch violently in midair almost flipping head
over heels backwards in the process before she started falling towards the ground.

NICOLE: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah! <cries out in terror>
JAMES: Nose up, pull out! <in his form of the GMC C4500 Truck>
JESSE: Pull up! <in her form of the Hummer H2>
NICOLE: I can't, I'm falling, heeeeeeelp! <screams>
SALLY: <eyes wide in fright> Nicole!

    Just then at the last second Goku San the kung fu master and guardian of the DragonBalls
morphed quickly to terran form and raised one of the magic orbs high overhead, shouting out a chant
of sorts.

GOKU: DragonBall, save Nicole...don't let her die!

    The orb glowed powerfully with magic energy before shooting forth a beam of light that
instantly caught the hologram warrior, cushioning her in its gentle embrace as it lowered her
safely onto the ground, Nicole touching onto her boots as Sally and gang breathed a sigh of relief
then whooped it up in cheers and shouts of joy.  Goku replaced the DragonBall into his backpack
again as Acorn jumped out of the Peterbilt semi and ran to her friend, hugging her and crying out
in relief.

SALLY: Nicole!  Oh, are you okay?
NICOLE: I believe I am, my maker...<hugs her back> that was a close one, whew! <sighs to herself>
SALLY: Thank you, Goku San. <hugs him, then backs off and bows>
GOKU: <returns bow> You're welcome, boss.
NICOLE: Thank you, sir...<now she bows to him, hugs him too> I am in your debt forever.
GOKU: No problem, lady. <nods>
NARUTO: <in his form of the Jeep Grand Cherokee> Talk about crash landings, that one almost
happened.
NICOLE: Ace, want me to investigate the source of the blast we heard?
ACE: Negative, I'll have Sally radio assistance to her other allies, the Chaotix gang to assist in
that assignment.
SALLY: Oh, yes, of course! <excited look> I'm sure they would be happy to help us.

    Immediately she removed her portable laptop computer and spoke into the device to make contact
with the Chaotix team and its leaders Knuckles and Julie-Su and minutes later the two echidna
warriors of Angel Island appeared on-site accompanied by Vector, Mighty, Espio, Charmy, Ray who
snapped to attention before Acorn's presence.

KNUCKLES: Reporting for duty, Sally.
SALLY: At ease, Knuckles.  I need you and Chaotix to assist the Power Rangers on a dangerous
assignment.
JULIE-SU: No sweat, <winks> what is it?
ACE: The nWo may be planning something BIG but I have no way to know what it is for now.
VECTOR: Oh? <eyebrow arched look like Mr Spock> That's logical.
KIMBERLY: This is no time to play Star Trek, butt-head.
VECTOR: Hey, who are you calling butt-head, lady?! <glares back>
SALLY: Enough! <glares back too> Please, this is serious.  Will you help?
RAY: It will be our honor to assist your cause, Sally.
CHARMY: As always.
ESPIO: Count me in, sounds like fun.
MIGHTY: Me too, dude.
VECTOR: Just tell us where to go.

    Sally nodded to me as I changed back to terran form, shocking Team Chaotix at first since they
never witnessed anything like this before.  Once I gave the coordinates to Knuckles and teammates,
the echidna leader set off with his gang into the horizon.

KNUCKLES: Hmm, I wonder where the New World Order are hiding out this time.
JULIE-SU: Didn't they crash into the ocean onboard their starship when you stopped them from
escaping?
KNUCKLES: Sure did, sis.  However they may have a new headquarters base somewhere.
VECTOR: Yo, check it out!

    The crocodile-alligator warrior spotted what appeared to be a strange looking structure down
below.  He pointed this out to the other Chaotix members who also noticed the object below them.

RAY: Gee, what do you suppose that is?
ESPIO: Don't know, perhaps we should take a look.
JULIE-SU: Too risky, we better get back to Space Ace and others first.
VECTOR: Good idea, lady. <agrees with her>
MIGHTY: Right, back to the Freedom Fighters and allies, whoever they are.
CHARMY: Yeah, are they Overlander people?
KNUCKLES: No time, let's move out.

    With that the gang contacted Sally with the information that they located a strange looking
structure of unknown origin, Acorn in turn instructed Knuckles and company to wait until they
linked up with them.

ACE: Guess it's time to roll out as always. <I change back to my Peterbilt guise>
SONIC: Looks that way, buddy. <grins and thumbs up sign> I'm out of here! <races ahead>
SALLY: <glares after him, mutters to herself> I hate it when he does that, ooooooh...
KIMBERLY: Not to worry, we'll catch up to him soon enough.

    The Power Rangers move into high gear and roar down the mountain road, taking the turns on two
wheels.  In no time at all they are clear of the mountain and heading down a bumpy dirt road toward
the Great Desert.  By the time we caught up to the Chaotix warriors and Sonic they were waiting for
us trying not to grin or laugh.  As the Rangers near the beginning of the desert they see a small
town.

ACE: Slow down, we don't want to endanger anyone with our speeding.
CODY: Yes, sir.
CHRIS: This road is really shaking up my body.
KIMBERLY: I think it's great!  Who wants weak, tired muscles?

    But as they near the town, the going seems to be smoother although the road looks as bumpy as
ever.

KIM POSSIBLE: Hey, this road has definitely got better.
RON STOPPABLE: I feel as if I'm floating on air.
ASH: Uh-oh, we are floating on air. <scared look>
TEAM ROCKET: Good grief!  It looks like we're blasting off again! <panics>

    Knuckles, Julie-Su, Ray, Charmy, Espio, Mighty, Vector, Sonic, Tails, Amy, Bunnie, Rotor,
Antoine, Sally gasped in shock and disbelief as they watched in horror at the floating cars and
trucks hovering just mere inches off the roadway.
