In the next the same thunderheads appeared in the sky, rumbling ominously with the same black void opening in its center, the laser beam rising up from the dome into its darkness above before fading quickly away again. When Borf reached Eggman again the doctor had some more bad news. EGGMAN: After two failed attempts of transporting your cargo through the portal, I had to shut down the transportation system to allow for it to warm up again. BORF: This is totally uncalled for. SNIVELY: Sorry, but that's the way it goes, commander. BORF: Ooooooooh! With that he went into one of his temper tantrum stomps, hopping about from one foot to the other, clenched shaking fists, face contorted into a glaring stare while his gang members watched nervously, none dared answer while he was in a foul mood at the moment. Summoning his chi power, Goku San conjured a glowing fireball of blue-white energy in his hands then threw it away from his body into the canopy shield which shattered, exploded on impact and creating a large hole in its center. Vaulting out this opening, he landed on the front section of the canopy, reaching back to grab Amy's gloved hand and assist the female hedgehog out of the cockpit, still holding her hand they leaped together off the sled to the ground in one motion. Naruto Uzumaki flipped out of the cockpit as Tails followed, using his twin tails like rotor blades to lift himself into the air and fly after the ninja master as he landed on the ground also. Fiona inserted herself between Goku and Amy, glaring fiercely as she readied for combat. Naruto had wheeled about to go to the aid of his partner when Tai and Tigress confronted him at the same time, ignoring the vixen's order to stay back, they had Miles Prower held between them like a hostage shield. Glowering back, Goku San morphed to Corvette Stingray Concept guise and roared off into the distance just as roaring sounds of fighter jet engines screamed overhead, making Fiona glance up sharply in time to catch sight of Drakken, Belladonna, Ninjara, Shego, Sleuth and Drago giving pursuit of the fleeing vehicles. Debating on whether to join them or not she returned back to Borf who was waiting for her, accompanied by Tai and Tigress with their hostage as well. Borf had them placed into protective custody for now then ordered them to go after the escaping enemies, all three saluted and morphed to their aircraft forms and zoomed into the sky. Goku and Naruto swerved to and fro to throw off the nWo's firepower before making it into a nearby cave, ducking into the opening to hide in shadows until the jets and copters disappeared from view before peeking back out and changing to terran forms again. NARUTO: I should not have left him alone, Tails I mean. GOKU: Me too, but Amy wanted me to get Sonic to rescue her and I will do that. NARUTO: Maybe there's another way out of here since we can't go out that way, they'll probably ambush us the moment we show ourselves. GOKU: You're right, partner. Both begin to look around until San spotted what appeared to be another hole far above their heads near the cave's ceiling. GOKU: That looks big enough to squeeze through. NARUTO: Cool, let's go for it. Using their morphing rings the martial arts masters levitated themselves into the air and floated up towards the opening. Suddenly as their heads broke into the clear they stared in stunned disbelief at the sight of the New World Order terrorists encircling them like Indians about to attack a wagon train, laser guns pointed in their faces! A direct hit from his phaser rifle stunned both masters who gasped from the sting before passing out into unconsciousness after that as Borf approached. BORF: Good work, brother. Once they awoke again, Belladonna ordered them to return to their home base and alert the Power Ranger Autobots of their friends being held captive and should attempt a rescue mission right away. Nodding, both terran males changed back to vehicle forms and sped off as the nWo watched, trying hard not to laugh out loud. SHEGO: So they go warn the Rangers. BORF: Exactly, and we set the trap to catch them when they arrive. NINJARA: Oh, this should be fun. FIONA: Yeah! TAI: But where is the trap going to be set? BORF: Right here, inside this cave.
