CHRIS: And when I attempted to apprehend them using my morphing ring, Tigress already had morphed and flew off with some lady fox dressed in black attire working with her. TAILS: That was my ex-girlfriend, Fiona Fox! The one who dumped me so long ago! CHRIS: Oops, didn't know that. TAILS: Sorry, but it did happen. SALLY: So, they did steal data, did they, hmm? ACE: Looks that way, boss. Now we have to wait and see if and when Borf makes the first move. KIMBERLY: So we can catch that pirate king in the act. SONIC: That sounds okay with me, redhead. But first we needed to figure out where the Empire was holed up, so to speak. In other words where they were hiding out. Acorn immediately ordered her Freedom Fighters to begin searching for the enemy's hideout. SALLY: I want volunteers to search for the whereabouts of the nWo at once then report back once you've found them. KIM: That's where I come in, misses. ACE: Very well, just remember to find the enemy and return once you've discovered the hideout of the nWo. Soon after that the vehicles raced away into the distance in search of the headquarters base... which, in a few seconds after that were entering the outskirts of the ruined ghost city known as Robotropolis that had at one time been the original capital city Mobotropolis long ago before the rise to power of Dr Julian Kintobor, alias Dr Robotnik of course. KIM: What in the world?! SONIC: That's Robotropolis, lady. It used to be Mobotropolis when King Max Acorn ruled, Sally's father that is, over his kingdom. KIM: Wow, I didn't know that. TAILS: Then along came the mad dictator, Dr Julian Robotnik who transformed the city into a ghost- dark side version and morphed all the king's people into robot slaves to serve his cause. RON: Oh, no. Did you fight back against this dictator? TAILS: We sure did, dude. As the Freedom Fighters of Knothole Village we stood up against that bully and destroyed him in the end. SONIC: Plus rescued the king from a dimensional whirlpool called the Void where Robotnik cast him into, allowing Max and Sally to reunite again as father and daughter since Sally had not given up her quest to save her father. KIM: I see, and she did? SONIC: Affirmative, with my help of course, he-he. RON: Yo, check that out Kim! What kind of building is that? KIM: Whoa?! Where did that come from? A strange, egg-shaped building rose into full view before the two vehicles resembling a tower with a circular dome at the top but what was more disturbing was the familiar Decepticon symbol and nWo symbol emblazoned on its surface that stood out like beacons in the sky. TAILS: That must be the hideout of the New World Order Decepticons, we found them! RON: Yeah, that's them all right. That arrowhead symbol represents aircraft guises since that's what Borf and his gang morph into. TAILS: I remember you telling us that recently. RON: Just wanted to make sure you knew that. TAILS: Oh, okay. They continued to stare at the egg building looming before them like a giant peering down at tiny figures at its feet. KIM: So they are in league with this Ivo Eggman Robotnik character, duh? SONIC: Seems that way, lady. We better get back to Ace and Sally to let them know this right away. KIM: You got it! Come on Ronnie, we're out of here. RON: Right with you, Possible. TAILS: Uh-oh, we got company! All of a sudden laser bolts screamed down from high overhead as fighterjet planes zoomed in for the attack in the form of Tigress in her MIG-29 Fulcrum, Ninjara in her F-16 Falcon, Tai Lung in his F-15 Eagle, Belladonna in her AH-64 Apache, Shego in her A-10 Thunderbolt and She-Lion in her AH-1 Cobra attempted to strike down the intruders while at the same time the SwatBots rushed into view, also firing their laser guns too. RON: Decepticons strafing us! SHE-LION: Yeah, you punk, ha-ha! Look out, here we come. BELLADONNA: Got you now, fools! KIM: Not so fast, witch. Try and catch me if you can. SHEGO: Here I come, stupid girl! TAI: Get them! TIGRESS: You Autobots are doomed, ha-ha! NINJARA: Ah-ha, try and get away from me, ha-ha-ha! TAILS: Holy cow, they're all trying to hit us. SONIC: No way, let me out. Time for me to distract the enemy. KIM: What, Sonic?! But the hedgehog insisted Possible stop quickly and she did, still puzzled as he the fastest hedgehog in the galaxy vaulted from the sports car and started racing in different directions, taunting the enraged nWo warriors who tried hitting him with their laser shots while watching this from the Command Center in the control tower was Eggman, Snively, Borf and Drakken. DRAKKEN: Hit them already, you idiots?! Don't be playing games with them. SNIVELY: Oh, dear. It seems they are too fast for the jets or copters to take them out. BORF: Aaaaaargh! That stupid hedgehog, who does he think he is in making fools out of my family, duh?! EGGMAN: Blast you, Sonic! SwatBots, take him out now! SNIVELY: You heard the doctor, destroy that hedgehog now. Immediately the robot soldiers turned to attack Sonic, but he continued laughing and giggling as he zigged and zagged, swerved here and there to avoid the bolts thrown his way. Meanwhile Kim and Ron drove about, making moving targets and impossible for Belladonna, She-Lion, Shego, Tai, Tigress and Ninjara to hit them which enraged the Decepticons even more! NINJARA: Blast it, hold still so we can hit you, huh?! RON: Nah, that would be too easy...butt-head! NINJARA: Oooooooh, I'll make you eat those words! KIM: Come on, you sore losers. BELLADONNA: Curses! You and your kind will fall in the end, ha-ha. TAILS: No way, witch! SHEGO: Good grief, that hedgehog is wiping out the SwatBots! SHE-LION: Uh-oh, not good. TAI: I'll get him. TIGRESS: Me too! But as the two aircraft bank around to strafe the hedgehog it was Kim who dropped them with shots from her concealed laser gun, sending the F-15 and MIG-29 crashing into the ground, both morphed back and tried to get back to their feet again in pain. Seeing this, the remaining forces of Ninjara, Belladonna, She-Lion and Shego retaliated back but Ron nailed them with shots from his concealed laser gun too, dropping the baddies flat. RON: All right, down they go! TAILS: Who-ho, yes! KIM: When one falls, they all fall. SONIC: Hey, thanks for the assistance! KIM: You're welcome, hero. Now let's get back to base pronto. SONIC: Yeehaaw! RON: We're out of here! TAILS: Bye-bye, butt-heads! In minutes they were gone leaving behind angry-enraged nWo mutants who cursed, threatened, ranted and raved angrily at their escaping forms into the distance before summoned back to Eggman HQ to be reprimanded by both the doctor and space pirate soon afterwards. Meanwhile the four friends made it back to Freedom HQ in New Mobotropolis where they reported in to the others about their find. KIM: So it appears this Dr Eggman is working alongside Commander Borf. SALLY: Great, just wonderful. RON: So what's the next step? ACE: We move out immediately to intercept the nWo before they make the first move. KIMBERLY: Affirmative, commander. SONIC: I'm game to go at it again with those losers. AMY: Me too, so is my Piko Hammer. CODY: Then it's morphing time. Nodding I turned to face the assembled warriors of my gang to make sure they were ready then turning away to face the opposite direction lifted my morphing ring and shouted out. ACE: Peterbilt Series 379 18-Wheeler! KIMBERLY: Jeep Wrangler Rubicon! CODY: Ford Saleen S821 Police Cruiser! CHRIS: Chevrolet 5th Generation Camaro! JESSE: Hummer H3! JAMES: GMC TopKick C4500 Pickup! KIM: Nissan Skyline GTR! RON: Pontiac Solstice! Once the transformation was complete I then asked the former princess if she would be accompanying us on this mission.
