Information: Monkey Khan is the most powerful cyborg on Mobius and was built by Julian (Robotnik). When the experiment failed, he was sealed for ten years. While on a mission, Princess Sally found his traces of energy and freed Monkey Khan. Sally made Monkey Khan realize that he should act without focusing on his ego and he became friends with the freedom fighters. Monkey Khan can fly on a cloud-like device and fights with a staff.
