Information: Cyril used to be the leader of a large flock of eagles, but they were all captured. Sonic the Hedgehog encouraged Cyril to fly, and Cyril ended up finding part of his flock. Cyril went to thank Sonic and ended up saving him from falling off a cliff. Cyril later became part of the Substitute Legion of Freedom Fighters.
