Information: After Pravda received his neural implants, he recommended Benedict as his successor for High Councilor. Benedict supports technology and the ways of Dimitri. Later, when a power surge struck the Dark Legion temporary headquarters, the circuits of Benedict were fried and his echidna appearance melted away to expose the metallic robot below. Benedict was elected as High Councilor, but because of the accident Dimitri had his back-up candidate assume Benedict’s position.
