Information: Arakkis was a holy man and objected to Kayla-La’s idea of raising Echidnaopolis into the sky. When Kayla-La’s plan was approved, Arakkis asked if those who wished to stay on the ground could follow him. Arakkis led his followers in search of their new home. After they abandoned their technology for a simpler life, Arakkis was contacted by the Ancient Walkers, who promised to help Arakkis look after the tribe.
