| Concept The Worms series has always been very popular because of its hilarious talking worms, weird weapons, and randomly generated worlds which allow for a lot of replay. Multiplayer has also always been a blast. It's a shame there aren't as many weapons as there were in Worms Armageddon, but there are still several, and they all look great in 3D. Score: 5/5 Graphics This is the Worms first time going 3D, and they look pretty nice. The only problem is the annoying (though hilarious) graphical glitches that stretch the worms out funny. Score: 4/5 Sound Ambient and very boring background music. The game mostly focuses on the Worms hilarious voice clips and the sound effects of the weapons (some of which are just as hilarious). Score: 4/5 Playability The controls are very confusing for those familiar with the 2D Worms games, and for newcomers. Score: 3/5 Entertainment It's a lot of fun once you get the hang of it, and the randomly generated landscapes always present fun new challenges. Score: 5/5 Replay Value High. The randomly generated landscapes provide the majority of the replay value, but there are also quite a few unlockables. Score: 5/5 OVERALL: 8.6/10 |
